This Privacy Policy explains how Logosphere Technologies, Inc. d/b/a Architech NYC (“Architech NYC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through https://commercemakers.com/, the CommerceMakers landing page, related forms, Calendly booking links, and related online materials.

This Policy applies to visitors and prospective clients who use the CommerceMakers landing page or submit inquiries through it. The main Architech NYC website is located at https://architech.nyc and may have additional or separate privacy disclosures.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you submit through customized forms, Calendly booking links, email, calls, or other communications, including name, email address, phone number, company name, role/title, website or store URL, project goals, budget range, timeline, preferred contact method, and any message or materials you choose to provide.
Booking and communication information
If you book a call through Calendly, we may collect selected meeting time, timezone, calendar metadata, answers to pre-call questions, call notes, and follow-up communications.
Automatically collected information
When you visit the landing page, we and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, device and browser information, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, click activity, form interactions, approximate location, cookie identifiers, analytics identifiers, and security or error logs.
No payments, uploads, or sensitive data
The landing page is intended to collect lead, scheduling, and project inquiry information only. It is not currently intended to collect payments, deposits, file uploads, government identifiers, health information, financial account information, or other sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective clients;
- schedule calls through Calendly and prepare for meetings;
- evaluate project fit, requirements, timelines, and scope;
- prepare proposals, estimates, statements of work, or related materials;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the landing page;
- measure campaign performance and understand how visitors interact with the landing page;
- send follow-up messages, service updates, and marketing communications where permitted;
- protect against spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal, accounting, tax, and business record obligations.
3. Cookies, Analytics, Calendly, and Microsoft Clarity
We may use cookies, tags, scripts, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the landing page, understand landing-page performance, measure campaigns, improve content, and protect the page from abuse.
The landing page may use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the page, including heatmaps, click activity, scroll behavior, and session-replay style analytics. Microsoft may collect or receive information through Clarity according to its own terms and privacy practices.
The landing page uses Calendly for call booking. If you use Calendly, your booking information is processed by Calendly according to Calendly’s terms and privacy policy.
We do not currently use retargeting or advertising pixels on the landing page. If we add retargeting, advertising pixels, or targeted advertising tools later, we will update this Policy and provide cookie consent or opt-out controls where required by law.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some landing-page features may not function properly.
4. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with:
- employees, contractors, and affiliates who need the information to respond to inquiries or provide services;
- service providers that support hosting, customized forms, Calendly scheduling, CRM, email, analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, security, storage, project management, and communications;
- professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
- third parties involved in a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and
- government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our future use of advertising or analytics technologies is considered a “sale,” “share,” or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to opt out.

For individuals in jurisdictions that require a legal basis for processing, we process personal information based on one or more of the following: your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, the need to take steps before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.

Project records and client information are retained according to the applicable services agreement and Architech NYC’s business record practices.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or opt-out of certain processing, including certain targeted advertising or profiling.

The landing page and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The landing page may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services, including Shopify, Calendly, Microsoft Clarity, social media platforms, or client websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third parties.
